I haven't had time to knit for a day or so. Maybe today. The laundry is almost done, Jerry is home today (maybe? Everyone cross your fingers that Sgt. K doesn't call him back in.) and the packing should be done soon. Then we're all heading to bed WAY early. We're going to try to leave at like 4 a.m. so that Gabrel will sleep for most of the beginning. At least, that's the plan. We'll see what actually happens. :)
So I've just read all your knitting blog posts. I have yarn all over the place too, but I crochet rather than knit. I have a blanket that I started for Lukas LAST fall that is unfinished, but I had to set it aside to work on a blanket for my new nephew, Rowen, who will be born on the 28th. It's almost half done (and I just started it 2 wks ago). I love crocheting, and I often do it while watching movies or TV, but I also have to be selective about what I'm watching or I'll mess up. I love that you're doing this. It's good to remember that we are still who we were before we became mothers. :)
ReplyDeleteSomehow I totally missed that you commented! Thank you, though! Ya, I can only knit when I've either A) already seen the movie/show I'm watching or B) don't really care to see every detail. Otherwise, I miss too much or mess up the knitting! LOL
